Spring 2025 Final Exam Calendar

Make-up exams are granted at the discretion of the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs or in the case of a demonstrated conflict. A conflict (per the Student Handbook) is when a student has an exam scheduled to begin within 12 hours of another exam. Exams on back-to-back days do not qualify as an exam conflict unless there are scheduled evening exams and a student has an evening exam (beginning at 6:00 PM) and another exam scheduled to begin the next day at 8:30 AM. In no case may any exam, make-up or otherwise, be taken early.

To request a make-up exam, please submit this form: https://forms.office.com/r/KJMKdhxBNu

Exams may generally last anywhere from one hour to four hours, based on the professor's discretion. There is no standard exam time limit.

If you have not yet requested exam accommodations and should have them, please contact the Disability Resource Center as soon as possible. https://louisville.edu/disability/students. .
