Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports Training is targeted for district and school implementation teams as well as administrators. Participants will gain an overview and background of PBIS, research on changing and promoting positive behavior while increasing academic achievement, and steps for implementing PBIS effectively.
Multi Tired Systems of Support team training sessions are targeted to assist district or school level implementation teams as they: plan, manage and evaluate tiered systems of RtI and PBIS within their district or school. Participants will have opportunities to discuss individual district and school issues with session leaders.
Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF) is a structure and process to integrate Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and School Mental Health (SMH). ISF addresses the limitations of both PBIS and SMH by 1) expanding the continuum of comprehensive interventions in schools for students, 2) utilizing a multi-tiered system of support, and 3) expanding the data for decision making.
