  • Whether histidyl dipeptide supplementation in peripheral arterial disease patients could improve walking ability

Muscle Wasting

  • Understand the mechanisms by which heart failure leads to muscle wasting
  • Determine whether improving muscle function could improve cardiac function during heart failure
