Sustainability
Current Sustainability Efforts
Both the construction and renovation of facilities will be undertaken while remaining committed to creating a sustainable and environmentally friendly campus. While fostering a culture of sustainability that involves input from students, staff, faculty and community members, the University aims to continually improve and reduce the institution’s overall impact on the environment. It is the University’s intention to achieve dynamic growth while demonstrating a commitment to sustainability through brownfield reclamation, responsible construction practices, chemical recycling, facilitating the use of public transportation, responsible energy management practices, and recycling programs.
