Schedule a Class in the Library

The information on this page is provided mainly for faculty who are planning to bring a class into one of the libraries for an instruction session. Individuals who would like to meet with a librarian should complete the Research Advisory Program form.

  • Art Library: The Conference Room which seats 18+ is for library instruction, class use or group study. To schedule, call 852-6741.

  • Ekstrom Library: To schedule one of the five instructional labs, please call 852-8699 or use the forms to request a class taught by librarian or taught by professor. (View Ekstrom labs schedule.)

  • Kornhauser Health Sciences Library: For library instruction; contact Michel Atlas at 852-8534 or view the Class Schedule pdf.

  • Music Library: The Seminar Room, Room 260A, seats 18-20 and is used for Music School Graduate classes. To use, call 852-5659.
