Dr. David Donatelli graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in Pennsylvania, where he also received his Graduate Certificate in Prosthodontics in 1982. After receiving his certification in Prosthodontics Dr. Donatelli went to Pittsburgh, PA to teach part-time at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine while simultaneously maintaining a private practice limited to prosthodontics. In 2011 Dr. Donatelli returned to his alma mater, Temple University Kornberg, School of Dentistry as a Full Time Faculty Member in the Department of Restorative Dentistry.
Along with his extensive 40+ years of experience in his career as a University Faculty Member and private practice in Prosthodontics, Dr. Donatelli has served on various ACP committees. He was a member on the ACP Council to the American Board of Prosthodontics, the ACP Task Force on Occlusion and contributing editor to the Occlusion e-book. He currently serves as Chair of the ACP Prosthodontics Review Course as well as member of the 2023 Annual Session Committee. Dr. Donatelli has also held the esteemed position of Team Dentist for the Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey Team and has earned three Stanley Cup Rings.

Dr. Gerald “Jerry” Grant received his DMD degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, a certificate in Prosthodontics from the Naval Postgraduate Dental School, Bethesda, MD, Master’s of Science from George Washington University, and a certificate in Maxillofacial Prosthetics from the Naval Postgraduate Dental School.
He is currently the Vice President on the American College of Prosthodontics (ACP) is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and is currently President of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics. He came to the University of Louisville after 33 years of service with the United States Navy where he was the Service Chief of the 3D Medical Applications Center, Department of Radiology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He is currently the Interim Assistant Dean of Advanced Technologies and Innovation at the School of Dentistry and Associate Director of UofL Additive Manufacturing Institute of Science & Technology (AMIST).
Dr. Grant’s research is in the validation and applications of Advanced Digital Dental Technologies, virtual surgical applications, Advanced Digital Applications in the design and fabrication of medical devices for craniofacial reconstruction, dental restoration and rehabilitation, and recently in bio-printing/bio-fabrication.

Dr. Montero graduated from Latin University of Costa Rica with his DDS and received his certification in Prosthodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a member of the American College of Prosthodontics (ACP) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). Dr. Montero is currently the Preclinical Fixed Pros Course Director and is a key faculty member in the Digital Dentistry Education for dental students.

Dr. Zafrulla Khan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontics and American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics. He received his Dental Degree from Government Dental College, Bangalore University, India and Masters in Oral Biology from University of Louisville. Completed Prosthodontic Residency at State University of New York at Buffalo, NY. and Fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics/Dental Oncology from University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas.
He is currently a Professor of Prosthodontics and Director of Maxillofacial/Oncologic Dentistry at UofL Health - Brown Cancer Center. Also adjunct faculty at School of Medicine in Departments of Medicine, Radiation Oncology, University of Louisville. His previous appointments included Director of Post graduate Prosthodontics and Chairman, Department of Prosthodontics at the Dental School.
He holds Active Medical Staff appointments at multiple Hospitals in Louisville, KY and is a Consultant to VA Medical Center and member of multiple Cancer Committees.
Dr. Khan has published many scientific articles in various Dental and Medical Journals. He has received over five million dollars in Grants and Contracts for Research from National Institute of Health, National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, Pharmaceutical Companies and Universities.
Currently he is the Investigator of two Clinical studies sponsored by Pharmaceutical companies on the effects of radiation in head and neck cancer.

Dr. Eguren graduated from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine with her DMD and received her certification in Prosthodontics from the University of Louisville. She is a member of the American College of Prosthodontics (ACP), American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, and Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics.
