Review Process

Papers submitted to the Editor will be referred to at least one and up to two other members of the Editorial Advisory Committee or, if necessary, an outsider reviewer for their recommendations for its inclusion in the Series.  Any paper which two committee members have recommended for inclusion will be posted on the Series site.

If and when authors wish the downloadable version of their papers to be removed from the Working Papers Series (e.g. when it has been published elsewhere), they should inform the Editor.  Authors sending full publication information to the Editor will have that information posted in the place of the downloadable version.
