Create Sandbox Area	July 1, 2011	Testing Area For Customers
Purchase Equipment	December 9, 2011	Equipment has been identified and ordered. It takes 10 days for delivery.
Install Equipment	January 30, 2012	Installation and setup.
Create Staging Area	January 30, 2012	Staging area will be for Next Gen customer work and testers ONLY. This area may still have bugs and we will use it as a testing / development area until the production area is ready.
Create Customer Training & Documentation	July 1, 2012	Preliminary documentation will be completed and training will be available. Training will be made available for both site administrators and general users.
OCM Marketing Plone 4	July 1, 2012	Create a marketing plan to the University community outlining the many advantages of Plone 4
OCM New Plone Templates	July 1, 2012	Create multiple sets of templates using the new branding standards needed to support University departments.
Configure Production Environment	July 1, 2012	Launch for departmental use.
Complete rebuild of sites.	June 30, 2014	Shutdown of Plone 3 environment.
