Ms. Tencer is the Grants Manager for the Commonwealth Award – Accessing and Addressing Behavioral Health in KY C4565, Dr. Brian Schaefer, PI. Prior to her joining the Department of Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences, she was the Research and Grants Manager for the School of Nursing. She has over 30 years of experience within Universities in research funding and grants management. Ms. Tencer received her BS in Accounting from San Diego State University.
