CURRICULUM VITAE

Gaberiel Jones, Jr. PhD, MPH is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Louisville School of Public Health and Information Sciences. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Kentucky, and a Master’s degree and Doctorate in Public Health Sciences from the University of Louisville. Dr. Jones conducts research investigating the relationship between wealth and health outcomes, economic policy, banking practices, social equity, and structural violence. He disseminates his research findings through songs he writes and releases on music platforms in addition to writing publications.
