Zoha Mian

Zoha Mian has earned the Rotary Global Grant Scholarship to earn a master’s degree in public eye care at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and conduct research with the International Centre for Eye Care.

Rotary Global Grants support humanitarian work, scholarships and vocational training projects aimed at building international relationships, promoting peace and improving lives.

An aspiring ophthalmologist, Zoha hopes “to learn more about the systematic initiatives being taken towards preventing disease and increasing eye care access in the United Kingdom.”

Undergraduate Achievements:

Graduated 2020 magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s of science in medical sciences and minors in global health and political science. She is a third-year medical student who will graduate from the UofL School of Medicine in 2025.
