Receiving the Fulbright is, for me, an amazing affirmation of what I have accomplished these last four years and a testament to the support and mentorship of the University and Brown Foundation faculty that have helped me get here. I never fully thought myself deserving of an award like this."

Inspired By

Andrew Rabin was a recommender, Brown Fellows mentor and a major motivator throughout my college experience. I would certainly not be where I am without him. Muriel Maurer was my PI during that semester and a professor whom I have come to know who also helped me with a recommendation. Dr. Noble was my mentor as a teacher and my head instructor as a TA and my third recommender. He is a real inspiration as a teacher. Bethany Smith and Charlie Leonard were great helps in the application process. They helped me choose my country to apply to and really helped me make my personal statement reflective of me. I am deeply grateful for their help. Andrew Grubb was also super helpful on these points. He served on my review panel.
