POLICY NAME

POLICY APPLICABILITY
This policy applies to the University Community (administrators, faculty, staff, and students).
REASON FOR POLICY
Availability and scheduling of media.
POLICY STATEMENT
IT Media Support provides instructional technology equipment and staff on a first-come, first-served basis and based on the following order of priority:
- Faculty teaching courses that grant UofL academic credit to students.
- UofL administrative functions; e.g. meetings and various types of presentations.
- UofL sponsored programs (Including UofL Continuing Education programs).
- Current UofL students that need equipment for a class.
- Recognized Student Organizations (RSO) for activities associated with the organization.
DEFINITIONS
University employee: Individuals who are administrators, faculty, staff, and/or student employees.
Current student: Individual actively enrolled at the University and currently taking classes.
