*MSHA graduates or currently enrolled MSHA students are not eligible to receive the population health management certificate. The MSHA CAHME-accredited master’s degree is the appropriate and sufficient credential for development.

Currently enrolled MSHA students and graduates are not eligible to receive the population health management certificate. The CAHME-accredited MSHA degree is the appropriate and sufficient credential for development
