Healthcare Leadership (BS OLL Track)

The Healthcare Leadership (HCL) track in the online Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning (BS OLL) allows you to capitalize on your existing knowledge and professional experience -- which can earn you up to 48 credit hours tuition-free at UofL -- and earn a bachelor’s degree at a pace that fits your needs. Enroll in a Flex Option (competency-based education flexible model) or a Term Option (standard 8-week academic terms model).

Previous college credit (36+ GenEd credits) transferred from other accredited institutions can also accelerate your graduation. This program option is ideal for experienced individuals who have the professional knowledge yet lack the proper credentials to qualify for leadership roles and advancements within healthcare.

RN to Bachelor of Science in Nursing

The Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN) online program at UofL combines previous college credit (ADN), on-the-job knowledge and active learning of new competencies (core courses completed at UofL). Within the program, students develop a Professional Nursing Portfolio that earns them 30 credits tuition-free at UofL.

With 8-week courses, 24/7 access to the online learning environment and excellent student support from start to finish, you can stay on track and earn your degree with confidence.

Admission Requirement:
ADN and valid RN license or eligibility to sit for NCLEX-RN.

The online Master of Science in Health Administration prepares you to confidently lead healthcare organizations into the future. The Master of Science in Social Work online (MSSW) is designed for the next generation of social workers, preparing them to promote social justice and be positive change agents in their community and the fast-growing field of social work.

UofL’s online MSSW program focuses on expanding your understanding and application of methods and decision-making practices that promote social justice and build stronger communities. Within our highly-ranked and accredited Master of Science in Social Work program, you have the option of choosing a concentrations and customizing your degree to align with your interests in Alcohol and Drug Counseling, Gerontology, Mental Health, Military Social Work or Psychosocial Oncology.

The online MSSW is offered by the Raymond A. Kent School of Social Work & Family Science at the University of Louisville. The Kent School has been setting a standard of excellence in social work education and awarding social work degrees in Kentucky for over 84 years. The program is accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
