This level includes communication of institutional commitment to the mentoring process and its role in a successful organization, mechanisms through which mentoring is validated, and resources supportive of mentoring activities that are internal to the university and across all individual units/departments.

This website is one mechanism through which the University of Louisville endorses mentorship as an institutional value, provides centrally located resources in support of mentoring, and recognizes exemplary mentors and successful mentees. In addition, this site will share best practices from the literature on the mentoring process.
