1. Support no foreign travel.
2. Discourage domestic travel.
3. Each funded investigator will develop contingency plans, including ordering supplies (supply chain issues) and planning for animal experiments.
4. Plan on how to care for our animals under potentially reduced staffing conditions
5. Develop contingency plans for monitoring freezer outages and other such issues.
6. Develop plans related to clinical trials: call patients and give them a brief questionnaire, and minimize the number of visits for testing.
7. Discontinue all outside speakers until further notice.
8. Discontinue large research conferences.  Encourage investigators to have individual, smaller research conferences within their groups. 
9. Everyone should stay home if they have flu-like symptoms, after informing their supervisors.
10. Everyone has been instructed on issues related to hand washing, personal space, etc.
