Robel Schwarz, of Williamsburg, Ky., is a member of the McConnell Scholar Class of 2027 at the University of Louisville. He studies computer science and political science.

Robel is a graduate of Williamsburg Independent School, where he served as president of the Student Technology Leadership Program and a member of the student council, varsity track and cross country teams, and the Student Technology Association. He is certified by the United States Department of Labor as a Information Technology specialist and was a 2022 Governor's Scholar Program participant.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a McConnell Scholar. With the little time that I have already spent with the center I have learned more than what I thought possible and have met truly amazing scholars. I have enjoyed every moment and look forward to the next four years with my cohort, current, and future scholars.
