High School
Kelsey is a graduate of Nelson County High School, where she served as President of the National Honor Society, Vice President of the Student Council, Secretary of Key Club. She also participated in Model UN, was an athlete on the varsity track and field team, and interned at the Nelson County Attorney's Office. Kelsey, the daughter of Shannon Branham, was a 2021 Governor's Scholar.
