Direct Appointment Program for 3L Students

The U.S. Air Force JAG is hiring 3L students as Judge Advocate Officers through the Direct Appointment Program (DAP).  Third-year students may apply to the DAP (i.e., once two-thirds of the credits required for your ABA-approved law degree are complete).  If selected, you will not enter active duty until you are medically cleared, pass the bar and receive your license and certificate of good standing.  Captain Anthony Chanrasmi will meet with 3L students who are applying for the November board to assist them with their online application and answer any questions.  The on-campus meeting does not take the place of the required in-person interview at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.  (Applicants must submit their online application by October 10, 2019 and have completed their interview with an officer at Wright Patterson AFB by November 1, 2019.)
