Summary: Bamboo Health is looking for a law student who is interested in gaining in-house experience during the summer.  

 

What You’ll Do:

 Review marketing materials to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

 Legal review of various contracts, statutes, and regulations.

 Assist the Legal Team with contract management, corporate governance, and miscellaneous legal tasks.

 

What Success Looks Like…

 Complete a comprehensive review of all Bamboo Health marketing materials from a legal perspective.

 Complete legal analysis of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, CFR Part 2, Anti-Kickback Statute, and others.

 Gain an understanding of standard contract provisions and negotiation tactics.

 

What You Need:

 Completion of at least one year of law school.

 Impeccable attention to detail and desire to learn how an in-house legal team functions on a day-to-day basis.

 Access to Westlaw and/or LexisNexis for legal research purposes.

 A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions. This includes but is not limited to being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions, and a strong internet connection.
