Lean Strategy

My experiences in strategy implementation, specifically Lean and quality management in manufacturing, service and distribution industries continue to inform and shape my research interests. I investigate the convergence of work systems, processes and people to investigate the strategic value and role of HR departments in organizations. My publications explore themes around Organization alignment, Strategic HR, and Internal customer perspectives of HR.
