Doug Lorenz, Ph.D. - Director

Dr. Lorenz has been an assistant professor in the Department of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics since August of 2011, and Director of the Statistical Consulting Center beginning in 2016. He received his Ph.D in Applied and Industrial Mathematics from the University of Louisville, and previously worked as a consultant in the Statistical Consulting Center from 2003 through 2011.  His research interests include survival analysis, multistate models, and reweighting methods in statistical analysis.



Christina Pinkston, M.S. – Biostatistician

Christina Pinkston joined the Statistical Consulting Center in 2013. She received her M.S. in Biostatistics from The George Washington University. Prior to joining the StCC, she was an analyst with the School of Public Health and Information Science Department of Epidemiology and Population Health, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics.



Bikash Bhandari, M.S., Ph.D. - Biostatistician

Bikash Bhandari joined the Statistical Consulting Center in 2016.  He received his M.S. in Applied Statistics and his Ph.D. in Agronomy and Crop Sciences, both from Louisiana State University (LSU).  Prior to joining the StCC, he was a graduate research assistant at LSU and served as a healthcare specialist in the U.S. Army Reserves.
