Tony Belak is the University's new ombudsperson following the recommendations of the Ad Hoc Grievance Process Review Committee that the university establish an Ombuds Office and that the university ombudsperson be selected and appointed according to the same process used to select the university grievance officer. He opened the office on October 1, 2010.
The Ombuds Office is located in the Student Health and Counseling Services Building (located between SAC and the Houchens Building)

In order to protect confidentiality, the Ombuds office conducts its business in person or over the phone but not via email.
