About the Department
Contract Administration is part of Business Affairs for the University of Louisville and reports to the Associate Vice President for Business Affairs. The office is responsible for administering contracts, real property leases and related special agreements for the university. Contract Administration strives to provide quality service to the students, faculty, staff, and visitors of the university in these areas while complying with appropriate federal, state and local requirements.
