There are 2 sections for the criteria tab "Add new search Criteria" and "Set sort order".

Add new search criteria:

The add search criteria has two fields "Field Name" and "Criteria Type".

Field Name is the plone field on which you are searching. They are:

• Commentators - This will select items that have comments from a specific user it will accept 2 criteria types
• Restrict to current user

• Creation Date - This will select items based on the date the item was created. It will accept 2 criteria types.
• Date Range
• Relative Date
• Creator - This will select items based on the creator list. It will accept two criteria types.
• Restrict to current user

• Description - This will select items based on text in the description fields.
• Effective Date
• End Date
• Expiration Date
• Item Type
• Location
• Modification Date
• Related To
• Search Text
• Short Name
