Add an email link to your page

There are two types of email links available. All internal email links must go to the University Provided form for processing.

To create an internal email link:

  • Click on the envelope icon in the page editor (Tiny MCE).
  • provide the TO email address (the user id or preferred email address is enough)
  • If you want a specific subject line enter that.
  • Enter the text that you want in the link. If you have text highlighted in the editor it will be placed into the box for you.
  • Click Insert.

 

To create an external email link:

  • Enter the text you want for your link and highlight it.
  • click the link button in the page editor (Tiny MCE).
  • Select Mail from the list of link types on the left.
  • Provide the TO email address.
  • If you want a specific subject line enter it in the subject box.
  • Click Insert.
