There are two types of email links available. All internal email links must go to the University Provided form for processing.
To create an internal email link:
- Click on the envelope icon in the page editor (Tiny MCE).
- provide the TO email address (the user id or preferred email address is enough)
- If you want a specific subject line enter that.
- Enter the text that you want in the link. If you have text highlighted in the editor it will be placed into the box for you.
- Click Insert.
To create an external email link:
- Enter the text you want for your link and highlight it.
- click the link button in the page editor (Tiny MCE).
- Select Mail from the list of link types on the left.
- Provide the TO email address.
- If you want a specific subject line enter it in the subject box.
- Click Insert.
