Faith Artis started doing theatre when she was a young girl. She dreamt of acting and is so grateful to still be doing what she loves. She specializes in improvisation and solo performance and is known to make a person laugh if she can. She writes her own solo performances that strive to make the audience see an authentic black perspective. She earned a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Rollins College and hopes to use the knowledge she gathers at UofL to perform and eventually teach later in her career. This year, she will be in the UofL productions of Gloria and Fairview.
