Graduates of the B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Learning IECE track will have the IECE credentials needed to reach the National Association for the Education of Young Children’s level 3 status, for exceptional teaching practices and leadership.

Earning your bachelor’s degree can also prepare you as a leader in your organization and provide you with access to higher pay and greater job security, and a path to alternative teacher certification or advanced education at a master’s level. Graduates of this program can earn additional teaching certifications by completing their Master of Arts in Teaching online at UofL.
