Harper Hall, of Louisville, Ky., is a member of the McConnell Scholar Class of 2028 at the University of Louisville. She studies political science and history.

High School
Harper is a graduate of Atherton High School where she was a part of the Kentucky Youth Assembly and the Kentucky United Nations Assembly. She also served on the Louisville Girls Steering Committee, was President of Atherton's Y-Chapter, and the President of the National Honors Society.
