About
Ben Barberie, of Lexington, Ky., is a junior McConnell Scholar at the University of Louisville, where he studies political science and economics. As a sophomore, he studied abroad in The Hague, Netherlands, minoring in branding and trends in marketing, financial markets, and sustainable business.

Ben Barberie is a 2017 graduate of Lexington Catholic High School, where he served on Student Council and was a member of the Bluegrass Youth Sustainability Council. He received the Lexington Catholic High School’s Lee McGrath Community Service Award for his extensive community service
