About

Donna L. Lee is the Assistant Dean for the Office of Professional Development and the Director for the Samuel L. Greenebaum Public Service Program for the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. She joined the Brandeis School of Law in January 2022 after spending her career in student affairs career services working at various institutions throughout the south: Florida International University, Florida Atlantic University, Xavier University of Louisiana and the University of Louisville.

Dean Lee has more than 20 years of experience in higher education. Her expertise is in career development and etiquette training. She has spent her entire career ensuring that students leave that institution career ready. She has created several campus-wide programs ranging from leadership institutes, DEI/B initiatives and dining etiquette programs. 

Dean Lee is very active in her professional associations (SoACE, NACE, and NALP) and recently was named co-chair for NACE’s POC Affinity Group-Professional Development. She has presented at numerous conferences and student groups on the topics of Microaggression, Developing your own Allyship and How to Move up the Food Chain when there is Nothing to Eat.

Donna L. Lee received her Master of Science in English Education from Florida International University and is a proud alumna and Porter Scholar from the University of Louisville.
