About
Melodie Hawkins is a library assistant for the Brandeis School of Law Library. Her current responsibilities include helping the archivist with creating/scanning, fixing, organizing, and researching photography and other materials for the archives.
Hawkins worked prior in the Ekstrom Library archives as a student worker, helping with organization and filing of collections and also worked to scan such things as maps, photography, and even music sheets from as far back as the 1870's using a Better Light, Inc. scanner.
On the side, Hawkins works as an artist and illustrator, extensively using Victorian imagery and works in her art.
