Gregory Head has 40 years of Manufacturing experience in roles from machine operations, Plant Manager, Corporate Officer, and Director. Areas of expertise and influence include Safety, Quality, HR, Organization Development, LEAN, Maintenance/TPM, Distribution, and Production - culminating in Plant and Business Turnaround.
Greg has served on Chamber and Workforce Boards in various roles, was the first President of the South-Central KY FAME chapter, and led Kobe Aluminum to two consecutive Industry of the Year awards. He served as Presenter for the World Forum on Foreign Direct Investment in China, Japan, and numerous U.S. cities.
