Justin Lewis is a Graduate Assistant at the University of Louisville currently working to earn his Phd. Prior to entering the PhD program, Justin served as a police officer for nearly six years and was an Intelligence Analyst in the Indiana Army National Guard. He hopes to focus future research on police training and policies. Justin is currently working on a publication that focuses on Police Officers and Mental Health and has done a presentation on Immigration Detention Centers at the 2024 ACJS Conference in Chicago.
