With us, catering can be easy!

We require you to use a caterer from our approved list. Your event coordinator will help you select a caterer, design your menu or guide you through the process, place the order and ensure all logistics are covered. Caterers are required to remit a 15% facility fee to UofL’s ShelbyHurst Campus Conference Center on the event’s total food and beverage charges. Contact your event coordinator to obtain a quote from any of our approved caterers.

If you have a caterer you enjoy working with, we encourage you to ask them to complete the application process to become an approved caterer. Approval process must be completed 30 days prior to your event. Our approved caterers only apply to events on ShelbyHurst Campus, not to other UofL venues.
