Abbas Rattani, M.D., M.B.E. is a resident in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center and an affiliated scholar of the Institute of Bioethics, Health Policy, and Law at the University of Louisville. Most recently, he served as a Paul Framer Global Surgery Research Associate at Harvard Medical School and a fellow with the Vanderbilt University Medical Scholars Program where he helped develop and lead the Global Neurosurgery Initiative.
