About
Professor Chapman has chosen to diversify the pursuit of his design goals by consistently changing the focus of his activities. This is reflected in a broad range of professional activity that includes architecture, art, archaeology and interiors. As a registered architect since 1960, Professor Chapman’s projects have encompassed a large body of work that ranges from simple residential interiors, to large public and private buildings. Churches and houses have been a central focus. Drawings, paintings, and architectural delineation have been a constant interest, as has furniture design. Recently, he has produced work using traditional and digital print making techniques.
Professor Chapman retired in July, 2011.
