About
Emily Hernandez is a mother to two boys, Abel and Levi, and a wife to Julio, who is also in the Kentucky Army National Guard. She is a Board Member of the nationally recognized non-profit organization The Veteran’s Club, Inc and Coordinator of the Women Warrior Program.
Emily served on Active Duty for 7 years until she moved home to Kentucky, to serve her community in new ways. She joined the Kentucky Army National Guard in 2019 and now serves as a recruiter on campus. Emily aims to bridge the gap between Soldiers and their community by providing comradery, sharing resources and opportunities for community outreach.
