In partnership with the Louisville Free Public Library and in conjunction with National Public Health Week, the SPHIS community is invited to join Dr. Paul McKinney as he explores the history of vaccines and vaccine development in the U.S.—from Cowpox to COVID-19. Dr. McKinney will discuss the risks and benefits of vaccines through the centuries, how we assess vaccine safety, and the future of vaccine development.
