CURRICULUM VITAE


Background
Liza M. Creel is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Management and Systems Sciences. She is also a Commonwealth Scholar within the Commonwealth Institute of Kentucky and has an Associate Appointment in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Liza received her PhD in Health Services Research with a concentration in Health Economics from the Texas A&M Health Science Center, School of Public Health. She also holds an MPH in Health Policy from the University of Michigan, School of Public Health, and a BS in Health Services Administration from the University of Texas, Southwestern School of Allied Health Sciences.
