The Kentucky Pollution Prevention Center (KPPC) at the University of Louisville is the Commonwealth’s primary resource for technical information and assistance to improve environmental performance.

The Center facilitates and promotes the proactive implementation of management systems and technologies to improve the competitiveness of businesses, industries and other organizations.

Technical Assistance Services & Programs

KPPC’s FREE, CONFIDENTIAL and NONREGULATORY on-site pollution prevention (P2) and energy efficiency (E2) assessments assist clients with problem waste streams.

Outreach Tools & Resources

KPPC offers P2 and E2 training through workshops and seminars throughout Kentucky, in addition to other resources that assist organizations with implementing environmentally-sound waste management practices.
