Dr. Theresa Hayden received her B.A. (Psychology & Ministry) from Brescia University in Owensboro, Kentucky (1989); her M.S. in Religion and Religious Education from Fordham University in New York, NY (1992) ; and a M.S. in Social Work from the Kent School of Social Work at University of Louisville (1998). Theresa Hayden completed her Ph.D in Social Work at the Kent School of Social Work at University of Louisville, in May 2010. Her dissertation : Kentucky Interdisciplinary Community Screenings (KICS); Socioeconomic Determinants as Predictors of Disparities in Health Outcomes in Kentucky.
