Crystal R. Coel, Asst. Dean, Student Affairs & Diversity, U of L Brandies School of Law was the keynote speaker for the 19th Annual Women’s Empowerment Luncheon for the University of Louisville Women’s Center.

Dean Coel has over 30 years of experience in higher education with various leadership positions. Her resume speaks to a career of student-focused service. Her leadership embodies: mediocrity is never an option. She share parts of her journey, and how her personal brand has developed over the past 30 years despite encountering some negative people, places and things along the way. She will discuss how understanding the components that help empower your brand, can aid your pathway to success.
