We want you to celebrate and not be bogged down by the details. The Event and Conference Services team wants to make the planning process as stress-free as possible. We work within your budget and help you coordinate the logistics and rental of additional items for your event.

- Bring in your own catering (some restrictions may apply)
A 20% service fee is charged on all food/beverage/alcohol. Bringing in your own catering is an option. If you choose to bring in your own catering, your venue fee will be increased. View our Food & Beverage Policy for more information.
We provide our customers with exceptional value. Our room rental fees include items that you may have to pay for elsewhere. We provide staff support for set-up, breakdown, and meeting management. Additionally, you will have access to our grounds, patio, business center, and lobby as well as the latest technology (available for showing your family videos!) in our event rooms.
