Janet Kelly is a Professor of Urban and Public Affairs. She teaches management and finance courses in the in the Master of Public Administration program. Her research is focused on local governments. Professor Kelly also holds four professional certifications in public finance and accounting. In 2019 Professor Kelly began the transition to online teaching. She has taken dozens of professional development courses in online course design and delivery, meeting the Quality Matters standards that are nationally recognized for excellence in online teaching.
