Open Enrollment continues through Oct. 30

Reminder: Open Enrollment is in progress through Friday, Oct. 30.

Go to to indicate your 2010 benefits elections (health plan, vision, dental, flexible spending, and Get Healthy Now). If you are happy with your health, dental, and vision selections, you can do nothing and keep the same plans and cover the same dependents next year. 

Take action during open enrollment to make a change to a benefit, set up a flexible spending account (even if you had one this year), enroll in Get Healthy Now for a $40 per month refund on health insurance premiums (even if you participated this year), or waive health insurance and put FSA money in a dependent care account. Anyone, including current participants, who wants to participate in the Get Healthy Now health management program must complete short a health risk assessment online at

Benefit vendors will be available to answer questions Oct. 27 and 28, Human Resources Department, Belknap Campus, 1980 Arthur St., 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. AND Oct. 22 and 23, Health Sciences Center, Abell Administration Building, Room 110, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Computers Available on Campus

If you don't have access to a computer, computers will be available 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., at the Human Resources Department, 1980 Arthur St., Belknap Campus, Oct. 20, 21, 27, 28, 29 and 30. Computers will be available 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Room 110, Abell Building, Health Sciences Center, Oct 22 and 23. HR staff will be there to help you through the enrollment process and to answer questions.
