3.) HR and Campus Solutions systems upgrade details
Starting Oct. 11 at 5 p.m.
The Human Resources and Campus Solutions systems go offline today at 5 p.m. for five to six days while IT completes an upgrade. ULink, Password Self-Service, Financial and University Reports are also impacted. University Reports goes offline at 10 p.m. Oct. 14 and Financials goes offline at 10 p.m. Oct. 15. Financials will be available on completion of the upgrade, expected to be Oct. 16 or 17. ULink, Password Self-Service, and University Reports are expected to be available the following day.

4.) UBM-29 Report Unavailable on ULink during ADF Transition
COI Program staff will be contacting individuals required to complete the ADF (Faculty, Institutional Officials, or individuals conducting research under the auspices of the University of Louisville) in a phased-in approach during the fall of 2013. For those who utilize the UBM-29 report, we will be taking this offline during this transition to avoid confusion. If you have questions, please contact the COI Program.

7.) Retirement Workshop

Register now to attend a two-hour retirement workshop sponsored by the School of Accountancy and presented by faculty member Sheila Johnston CPA, CFP. Discussion topics include UofL benefits, amounts needed for retirement, basic retirement issues, etc.

8.) Green Tip: Two local food events this weekend
Celebrate harvest time with the UofL Environmental Law & Land Use Society’s annual 100-mile lunch Sunday, Oct. 13, 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. in the School of Law courtyard. Meals are $5, with donations going to the courtyard rain garden and outdoor classroom project. On Saturday, Oct. 12, UofL experts and learning stations will be part of the Healthy Foods, Local Farms Conference: Food Sustainability & Justice at Kentucky Country Day School (4100 Springdale Rd). Registration is $35, scholarships available.
