In honor or International Education Week, Nov. 11 - 15, the International Center is having open house. Enjoy a light breakfast and come meet the study-abroad and international student and scholar advisers. Also, sign up for the raffle for free iPod shuffles. All are welcome.

2.) Network preventive maintenance Friday night
10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8 - 2 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9
Users will experience intermittent outages as the network undergoes maintenance activities during IT’s regular preventive maintenance period. Please note that other systems (e.g. Blackboard, email, instant messaging, PeopleSoft, ULink, data services, etc.) may be taken offline without notice.

3.) Provost accepts online nominations for advising awards
Through Nov. 22
The Office of the University Provost is accepting nominations for the 25th annual Provost's Awards for Exemplary Advising. Nominations/letters of support can be submitted online. Eligible for nomination are full-time faculty members whose primary advising responsibility is advising undergraduate students and professional academic advisers whose primary and current job responsibility is assigned to the academic advisement of undergraduate students.
