4.) Battling “Impostor Syndrome”

9:30 a.m., April 1, Human Resources 103A

Free

Ever worry that you are in your career position because of luck? You may have "Impostor Syndrome," the tendency to feel like a fake in your career and attribute successes to external causes instead of your own abilities and skills. While a fairly common experience, this can limit forward movement in your career. The  workshop will provide ways to combat self-sabotaging behaviors fueled by feeling like a fake.

Additional Information: Registration, email.
